Setting out to “New dimensions” – Inauguration of our new liner winding system

Last Thursday, Tim Brandenburger cut the ribbon for serial production of our Brandenburger Liner BB2.5 in dimensions up to DN 1600. With technical explanations by our head of production Stefan Blenke and the responsible project manager Hans-Jürgen Weiß, our guests were able to see for themselves how the new machine operates. As befits the occasion, sparkling wine was served along with hors d’oeuvres. The band Acoustic Vibration provided live musical background.

In order to meet the increasing demands of the market now and in the future, we designed – and partially also built – the new liner winding system in-house over the past few months. In the overall concept, we have been careful to retain proven strengths while making numerous improvements so that we will be able to keep up with future rising quality standards.
